Foxford is an online school for grade 1–11 schoolchildren, preschoolers, parents, and teachers. These online courses and one-on-one tutoring sessions help students learn foreign languages, catch up on specific subjects and find new hobbies. Studying at Foxford online school is an opportunity to prepare for the USE, BSE, and university Olympiads, and to gain new knowledge and improve marks with the leading Russian teachers without leaving home.
With a focus on both preschool and elementary education, as well as game-based learning, I have dedicated my efforts to improving the user experience and engagement within the product. Working closely with a talented team, I have contributed to the development of tools to attract and retain users. Also, I participated in adding new features that have the potential to drive monetization in the company.
As a Product Designer in the Learning management system and Game-Based Learning departments, I did:

Upgraded Interface for the Preschool and Elementary School Course Catalog
After conducting research, our team made a strategic decision to separate the course offerings between elementary and middle school students. We updated the course catalog for elementary grades, reorganized the student class page, and made the overall interface more intuitive and user-friendly. This involved refreshing the structure, creating a more organized grid, and updating the visual elements, including icons, to make navigation and course selection seamless. The aim is to simplify the experience for students and provide them with clear and easy-to-use tools for exploring their educational options.

Our team has recently made updates to the webinar course page, enabling the seamless delivery of lessons through an online platform. As webinar sessions are gradually transitioning to a virtual format, students can now access the lessons either live or through recorded sessions. The teacher will lead the lesson, using an interactive blackboard, while students can engage and ask questions through chat. To enhance the learning experience, each lesson will be accompanied by a summary, relevant materials on the topic, and homework tasks. To ensure students have access to all the resources they need, recordings and materials from all classes will be readily available on the course page.
