  • Improving the current interface;
  • Interactive prototypes;
  • Corridor testing;
  • Working on the creation of new functionality;
  • Working on the creation of a design system and unification between platforms;
  • Interacting with 4 development teams, in the main office and remotely;
  • Demo design solutions at the company.
MyOffice AppLauncher

AppLauncher was updated with new icons and added a new messenger app.
MyOffice Documents

Some changes improved to make it easier for users to collaborate and work more efficiently. Users can create document-specific chat discussions and share their documents with others in a more simple way. Users allow opening documents in a desktop app, and a user info popup shows relevant user information.
MyOffice Text

Worked on improving the interface and adding new functionality, such as opening chat about documents, sharing documents, and updating the panel tool's icons. Another new feature that was added was the ability to leave audio comments, which can be particularly helpful when discussing more complex or technical issues.
MyOffice Table

Several changes were implemented in the user interface. The icons of diagrams used in the interface were updated and made more intuitive. The functionality of the right panel was expanded to provide users with more options.
MyOffice Presentation (Beta)

A new usable application for creating, editing, and demonstrating presentations.
MyOffice Mail

Several changes were made, additionally, all system email templates were reviewed and updated.
MyOffice Calendar

The functionality of setting tasks in the calendar was added, as well as the window for creating a meeting was updated.
