QMStatus® - is a web-based monitoring of the current organization status, based on the use of key performance indicators that characterize the functioning of the quality management system in real-time. It is an innovative tool for achieving compliance with existing and anticipated ISO 9001-series requirements, and the industrial standards developed based on them, such as the ISO/TS 16949, SAE AS 9100, TL 9000.
As a Web Designer I did:
- Participating in the creation of interface design with the design team;
- Working on the creation guidelines and creating documentation;
- Design of system product tour;
- Improvement of the interface after production with ongoing support.
Prototyping
The system consists of 9 main modules, a settings section, a summary screen, as well as notification and workflow systems. We have developed a detailed interactive prototype of the entire system, visually corresponding to the concept. For each part of the system, all screens for employees and their managers were worked out separately. As a result, the client received a prototype that can be shown even to top managers of large enterprises, and we got a clear understanding of how the system should work.

The desktop is a customizable set of widgets. Each block displays data for the last few months from the corresponding strategy. Also, for convenience, indicators of the last reporting period are displayed on the right.

All data in the system is stored in accordance with the organizational structure of enterprises. For example, work instructions are broken down by shop and production sites, and the list of problems is divided into departments.
